In this fun and interactive cooking class, you’ll learn how to make silky-smooth pasta dough completely from scratch. Together, we’ll transform that fresh dough into three iconic Italian pastas: Ravioli – soft, pillowy pockets ready to burst with flavor Tortellini – charming little rings with a satisfying fold Agnolotti – elegant, delicate shapes straight from the heart of Piemonte Each pasta will be filled with rich, creamy ricotta cheese, then paired with a classic tomato ragù sauce that brings everything together in a harmony of fresh, comforting Italian flavors. By the end of the class, you’ll have mastered essential pasta-making techniques—and created a plateful of deliciousness you’ll be proud to share.
