Panelists:

Anne Hoiberg, Past president of the United Nations Association of San Diego, 25 year career as a Research Psychologist with the Federal Government, author, past president of the League Women Voters of San Diego, leads delegations to United Nations' conferences and meetings. She currently serves as President of the Women's Museum of California and International Museum of Human Rights at San Diego. She is a free-lance writer and public speaker on such topics as women's history and rights, violence against women, world peace, women's political participation, and the United Nations. Anne has published two books and more than 130 scientific articles, book chapters, and reports.

Autumn Burris, Founder and Director of Survivors for Solutions. She is a leading expert with over fifteen years of experience in combating sexual exploitation, focusing on cutting through the complexities and establishing critical policies for abolishing human trafficking. An Expert Consultant with the Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center, a Consultant and Trainer with Runaway Girl, FPC, a Board Member of Prostitution, Research and Education and Breaking Free in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a member of the Women's Equity Council (WEC) of the United Nations Association of San Diego. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Public Policy with minor in Human Rights from the UCSD.

Dr. Anna Woodcock is a social psychologist at California State University, San Marcos, whose research interests lie in the broad areas of diversity, prejudice, and stereotyping. She is currently investigating the impact of implicit racial and gender bias on behavior and the psychological barriers facing women and minorities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) careers.

Alexandria (Magik) Rice, newest and youngest board member of Activist San Diego. Magik is an activist on homelessness and the struggles of youth peers with drug abuse and (CSE) commercial sexual exploitation (?child prostitution?). In addition to being an artist, Magik has curated art shows for non-profit counseling center SDYS Counseling Cove. She has participated in the Media Arts Center of San Diego serving as a student/ intern ultimately leading her to writing, producing and directing a 15 minute short documentary about CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children). Magik has been interviewed on KPBS and has served as a connection to a group of youth advocates for survivors of CSEC as well as representing herself as a youth advocate.
