| Holo Holo Music Festival Holo Holo Music Festival was born from a love of island and reggae music—a genre deeply rooted in connection, culture, and movement. The festival first set sail in 2022 at Frost Amphitheater at Stanford University, bringing together fans to celebrate the vibrant sounds of the islands. With the spirit of holo holo—meaning "to travel, to sail, to move"—the event quickly expanded, reaching new shores in Las Vegas and Sacramento in 2023. By 2024, its journey continued with a highly anticipated stop in San Diego. Now, in 2026, we're excited to take Holo Holo even further, bringing the music and community to Oceanside, Las Vegas, Sacramento, Tacoma, San Diego, Hawai'i, Irvine, and San Jose! As we continue to move and grow, the festival remains a space for connection—where fans can gather for two days of unforgettable performances, incredible food, and the shared love of island and reggae music. For Good Vibez Presents co-owner Dan Sheehan, Holo Holo is more than just a festival—it's a reflection of his roots. Giacomo Puccini’s one-act masterpiece Il Tabarro, Italian for The Cloak, is a dramatic story of love, jealousy, and betrayal. Set aboard a river barge in Paris at the turn of the century, the soul-stirring melodies will transport you to a foggy night of deception and death. Il Tabarro is the least-performed of the three operas in Puccini’s triple-bill Il Trittico (The Triptych). While companies frequently mount double bills of Suor Angelica and Gianni Schicchi, they usually overlook “Il Tabarro,” the first opera Puccini composed in the trio. In just one hour, you’ll be spellbound by the beauty and power of this music, whether you’re a devoted opera fan or a first-timer. That’s just half of the program, though. After the intermission, you’ll see the same story told in a completely different way: through neoclassical ballet. Featuring original choreography, this brand new adaptation of Il Tabarro reverses the narrative as the characters are now silent, speaking only through mesmerizingly expressive movements. This time, you’ll hear the same amazing orchestrations but without any vocal parts.

Literally meaning gathered threads, kumihimo are made by interlacing reels of yarn, commonly silk, with the use of traditional, specialized looms. With the advent of an inexpensive handheld loom, you can make bracelets and necklaces affordably and easily.

Ramón Ayala is a legendary Mexican musician, singer, and songwriter known as the "King of the Accordion." A pioneer of the Norteño genre, Ayala blended Mexican folk music with polka rhythms, shaping the sound of regional Mexican music. In the 1960s, he formed Los Relámpagos del Norte, producing numerous hits, and later founded his iconic band, Ramón Ayala y sus Bravos del Norte. With over 100 albums and several Grammy Awards, his influence spans five decades.

Though their name means Give/Take in the old language, DakhaBrakha is new Ukraine, both pre-colonial and post-Soviet, working within a global network of art and music. They aim to help audiences see Ukraine not as a monolith, but as a cosmopolitan culture that takes in other cultures, and gives in return.
