Celebrating the art, culture, health, wellness as well as the diversity of San Diego. Through Vim & Vigor (energy & health), there are eight aspects of wellness that will be demonstrated throughout the festival: spiritual, mental, social, environmental, intellectual, occupational, financial and physical. You will find all sorts of booths, workshops, chef demonstrations, physical activities, healthy food, cultural entertainment and so much more throughout the festival to expand your knowledge on health and wellness.
Entertainment will include Samahan Filipino Performing Arts, Capoeira Brasil, Ballet Folklorico El Tapatio, Ballet Folklorico de San Diego and Latin Percussion Arts.
