A cultural celebration featuring music, dance, cuisine and stories from the Somali Bantu community of San Diego. This event will provide a unique opportunity for San Diegans to learn about their Bantu neighbors?helping to promote awareness and fortify community bonds that we share, as well as build a common understanding across cultures.
The SBAOA is truly excited to host this event, and to allow our community?s youth to share the beauty and vibrancy of the Somali Bantu culture with the whole of City Heights and San Diego. We ask for your help in making this event possible by attending or acting as a sponsor.
