In celebration of Black History Month, the UC San Diego Department of Cognitive Science is pleased to announce a talk from Provost Ivan Evans on Thursday, February 22 from 12 to 1:00 PM in Cognitive Science Building?Room 003.

Corruption has become the rallying cry against the ANC government, threatening to lump the Party?s 24-year-long grip on government with regimes that have scarred the history of democracy in post-colonial Africa.
