Join San Diego Emerging Museum Professionals for a night at the San Diego Museum of Man as we talk about the importance of equity and inclusion in our daily lives.
Sydney Garcia, Education Specialist: Race, Equity, and Social Justice, will facilitate this important discussion at the museum.
As we navigate through the museum's "Race: Are We So Different?" exhibit, we will discover the science and history behind race, listen to and share our own personal experiences in a "brave space," and develop skills to encourage further conversations about race, equity and inclusion in and outside of museums.
