In this hands-on class we?ll share secrets for making rich, comforting ramen dishes in your own kitchen. The instructor will walk you through the steps for transforming stock, seasonings, and pork belly into flavorful broth. Work alongside classmates creating authentic ramen noodles with three ingredients: flour, baking soda, and water. Plus, we'll show you how to make the perfect soft-boiled egg. Finally, we?ll bring all the components together for the classic ramen presentation, then dig in. Menu: Shio ramen with pork belly, bamboo shoots, and the Perfect Egg.
