Quinteto Caballero is a superb, exhilarating Latin jazz quintet led by Bill Caballero. Using his trumpet and flugelhorn, Bill voices Latin jazz interpretations of standards and ballads, as well as original tunes and covers of traditional, Salsa, and Brazilian music. In addition to trumpet and flugelhorn, Quinteto Caballero features dynamic musicians on piano, bass, congas, and timbale/trap. Over the years, these talented musicians have played with such luminaries as Lila Downs, Oscar Ch?vez, and La Maldita Vecindad.
