Hillcrest has always been a place of fun filled nights and spectacle and this year the Hillcrest Business Association is bringing back the excitement of New Orleans and Mardi Gras with Hillcrest Fat Tuesday on March 4th! An updated street party, this event brings New Orleans right to Hillcrest.
An outrageous masquerade parade will kick off this years Fat Tuesday festivities from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM. We will be tossing joyous amounts of ornamental beads to get you in the mood. Although our parade is free and open to the public, Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday remains a ticketed 21+ event.
Here are just a few things that you can look forward to:
- Lavish stilt walkers
- Flying trapeze performers
- Illuminated Hooper and Fire dancer
- VIP area equipped with private bar
- The Fabulous DJ?s Taj & Nikno bringing you the sounds of Mardi Gras
- The Beautiful Tootie from LIPS and the radiant Paris Sukomi Max
- Rich?s one night only outdoor Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday night club
The evening will also feature gourmet food vendors and a lounge on the west end where partygoers can rehydrate and enjoy the performance.
