The Trans-Border Institute (TBI) will host an event cosponsored by the Consulate General of Mexico in San Diego, and the Ahlers Center for International Business. Migration and security expert, Gustavo Mohar, will address the implications of the upcoming U.S. presidential elections for bi-lateral trade and migration with Mexico. Mr. Mohar is Mexico?s former Sub-Secretary for Population and Migration, and he was on the negotiating team for President Vicente Fox the last time the United States and Mexico made a significant joint effort to pursue immigration reform. Don?t miss out!
