One Book One San Diego Discussions

Local libraries are hosting multiple discussions of this year's One Book, One San Diego selection "Waiting for Snow in Havana" ? the story of a young boy's journey from Cuba to the U.S. by author Carlos Eire.

These events ar a part of the One Book, One San Diego community reading program and is presented in partnership by KPBS and our community partners. One Book is sponsored by the Linden Root Dickinson Foundation. Additional sponsors include Lloyd Pest Control, the Dr. Seuss Fund at the San Diego Foundation, San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture, Kaiser Permanente, the Rivkin Family Fund I at the San Diego Foundation, SDG&E, the Seth Sprague Educational & Charitable Foundation and GEICO.
