The promoters bill this as ?the largest Oktoberfest celebration west of the Mississippi,? and they expect over 100,000 attendees. The event is spread out across six city blocks in the La Mesa Village with hundreds of exhibitors, family-friendly activities, German food, music, dancing, outfits, games, and of course beer. New to the event this year is Spaten, the First Beer of Oktoberfest in Munich, in the Spaten Biergarten.
