Filmmaker, art historian, and photographer Benoy K. Behl's images of the early Indian murals offer new perspectives on tradition Indian painting. Sharing not-often-seen images of ancient Indian murals, which are often hidden in the dark recesses of temples and caves, Behl will consider the role of these murals in the development of the later manuscript painting tradition.
