Join KPBS and the San Diego Public Library as we kick off the 2014 One Book, One San Diego program with a special event featuring Lysley Tenorio, author of "Monstress," the 2014 selection.
The event will also feature PASACAT, who will perform the challenging Tinikling, the National Philippine bamboo folk dance.
Space is limited. Light refreshments will be provided by Happy Sushi Catering, books will be available for sale by the Library Shop, and the author will be available to sign copies of "Monstress" following the presentation. Doors open at 6:30 PM.
