Based on Giuseppe Verdi?s opera, Elton John and Tim Rice?s Aida tells the emotional tale of a captured Nubian princess. Her regal status is unknown to her Egyptian captors, and she is forced to serve their Captain, Radames, who is set to marry the princess Amneris and take the throne. Aida falls in love with her master, forcing her to choose between her new friendship with Amneris, her love for Radames, or the good of her country.
