The Ninth Annual Spring Valley Fiesta celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with entertainment, refreshments, a children's jumper, a video game truck, face painting, and community information booths.
Entertainment includes Danza Azteca Calpulli Mexihca of San Diego, Ballet Folklorico, La Presa Middle School Jazz Band, La Rondalla de Spring Valley, DJ, Low Rider Cars, a Low Rider Art display with Ed Roxburgh, and more.
