Throughout the festival, dedicated pavilions will focus on specific topics ? ranging from the ?Latin Wines of the World? tasting with over 100 wines from Spain, San Diego, Portugal, Mexico, Chile and Argentina to the ?Taste Baja? expo and even a ?Spirits of the Americas? pavilion where distillers and mixologists will hold tastings of Bacanora, Mezcal, Pisco, Raicilla, Rum, Sotol and Tequila.
In addition to the tastings, the festival also delights other senses with live music by Latin jazz/classical/Latin pop sensations Quattro ? a recent Latin Grammy nominee, an art show, and a silent auction of culinary supplies and memorabilia, which will benefit our non-profit partner Feeding America San Diego.
