America on Main Street will provide an opportunity to enhance civic pride, attract regional participation and contribute to the economic growth of the downtown district. This is a patriotic celebration of the American spirit and brands El Cajon as a place of rich ethnic diversity, shared traditions and community engagement through education, entertainment, art and food.
Two stages will provide live entertainment throughout the day.
Along Mainstreet in the Heritage Zone, many cultural groups will sell handicrafts, food and celbrate their ethnic heritage. The Worldview Project will host two boths at the event. Come play games with us and learn about our organization! Don't be shy, come say hello!
