Every year, approximately 15,000 people set foot in Rancho Pe?asquitos to attend the annual "Fiesta de los Penasquitos" community festival. The Fiesta is a family oriented annual street fair that?s been an annual event since 1995. Organized and sponsored by the Rancho Penasquitos Town Council, all proceeds from the event are returned to the community in the form of grant awards to individuals and groups.
Last year?s 2013 Fiesta featured four unique zones: the "family fun zone," the "adventure zone," the "community zone" and the "carnival zone." Over 150 vendors provided arts & crafts, food, home improvement tips, a rock climbing wall and a Fiesta Fun Tent for children of all ages.
