The Lawn Program takes place every year in the first week of August.
It includes entertainment by folkloric dancers, who will fascinate the audience with their beautiful dances in colorful costumes.
Typical Peruvian foods served include: Arroz con Pollo (Rice Chicken), Papa a la Huancaina (Potatoes with creamy-cheese sauce), Picarones (fluffy yucca-yam doughnuts served with molasses syrup) and to accompany this delicious plates nothing better than the Peruvian national soda: Inca Kola.
