This afternoon poetry reading will feature the bilingual writings of MiraCosta College Spanish instructor, Teresa Gonz?lez-Lee (Chile), and Palomar College letters instructor, Sonia Guti?rrez (Mexico).
Themes of love, environment, U.S.-Mexican/Chilean experiences, peace, and justice will be explored through English and Spanish poetry. The readings will be followed by an open mic opportunity.
