Film Forum: A Bottle in the Gaza Sea

Seeking to make sense of a deadly suicide bombing, Tal, a 17 year old Jewish girl living in Jerusalem, pens a message in a bottle tossed into the Mediterranean. The note washes up on a Gaza beach and is recovered by a young Palestinian man. The two begin a correspondence that yields to shared hopes, fears, and romantic yearnings.
