The Pacific Arts Movement's 3rd Annual Spring Showcase presents 12 dynamic films from 8 countries from Asia and beyond. The Spring Showcase is one of many year-round programs of the non-profit media arts organization Pacific Arts Movement (Pac-Arts), including the popular San Diego Asian Film Festival, which takes place this year November 7-15, 2013.
