The Center for World Music hosts a Mbira Get-Together House Concert featuring Southern California Mbira players Randall Griswold, Lewis Peterman and Garit Imhoff (from San Diego and Los Angeles).
The Mbira is a national instrument of Zimbabwe and has been played by the Shona people of Zimbabwe for thousands of years.
